Helen set up Results Department in 2009 to provide copywriting services for businesses. An expert in the written word, she has created copy for many applications during her 35-year career, ranging from product leaflets, brochures, reports and proposals, to articles, newsletters, press releases, websites and blogs. Helen can be relied upon to find the right words for the right occasion, maximising the message, no matter how esoteric the subject or how specific the audience.
Helen’s experience includes editorial and sales roles in book and magazine publishing (Penguin, Macmillan, Heinemann), working as an agency account manager and as marketing and business development manager in accountancy and corporate finance (Haines Watts). She has also set up two of her own businesses (including Results Department), working with household names like Dulux, Pedigree Petfoods, and Tefal. Helen also helps campaign teams achieve award-winning outcomes.
